Awww, the wedding was so beautiful! We watched it on a big screen in our class room this morning.
So today I'm going to talk about happy endings. I think all of us girls dream of living happily ever after. We all dream of prince charming. Am i right? Sometimes we stress about it and wonder if will ever will find a husband or have our dreams come true. I know I have said this a million times before but, God has a plan for YOU! A custom plan only you can fulfill. This may sound scary, I used to be scared to. "What if God's plan is strict and boring?!" "I don't want some bossy plan to follow" "What if he doesn't want me to chase my dreams?". I had all these thoughts. Now I know that God knows everything, and he knows the best way for you to live your life. His plan for your life is way more exciting and fun than anything you can do in your own power. He knows best! Remember from yesteday? GOD IS FAITHFUL. Trust him! If you trust him you will get an awesome life, better than any fairytale.
And as for you dreams, God was the one that put them in your heart. He can put even bigger dreams in your heart too, as long as you are not too scared to dream them. So if you dream with God! He has some awesome dreams for you.
My awesome science teacher once said "If you want to look back on your life when you are old, and feel like you have reached your goals, lived life to the fullest, done something with your life and made a difference you should act on everything God tells you and follow his plan for you. You will have no regrets"
So, that sums it up then :) And ladies, don't you worry about prince charming, God has planned that out to. He will send you a prince charming somewhere down the road, you don't need to panic :) I think not searching for you your happy ending and stressing about it is key to getting a happy ending. Trust God, you won't regret it!

Firstly I just have to say: My greatest condolences to all the victim's families in the southern states. I am praying for you all! The images on the TV screen breaks my heart. People's houses torn down and utter chaos. Not a pretty sight! God be with all you affected by the horrible weather in the US.
I just wanted to remind all of you that God gives hope! Even in the darkest situation, God is there! Even when things seem hopeless, God has not left your side!
"Hope means hoping when things seem hopeless"
So wherever you are in the world, whatever you situation is TAKE HEART! God has always been faithful, God is always faithful and God always will be faithful! God is always the same. He doesn't change. He will never stop loving us or stop being faithful to us.
John 16:33: I've told you all this so that trusting me, you will be unshakable and assured, deeply at peace. In this godless world you will continue to experience difficulties. But take heart! I have conquered this world. (The Message)
Hebrews 10:23: Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
Darkness cannot consume light, but light can consume darkness. If it's just a little problem at school or a major International emergency, God's light is always stronger. His hope is in any situation, nothing is too small and nothing is too big. And by the way God knows your situation, your feelings, your pains and everything you are going through. He is not oblivious to anything! So start praying for hope in your situation. Pray for God's hope in your life. Fill your heart with his hope and love, instead of all the hopelessness and pain of this world.
Romans 15:13: May the God of Hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Romans 5:5: Hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into out hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.
I also recommend reading the bible! It is so filled with encouragement and hope. I have realized that in hard times, when I'm super stressed, sad, defeated and negative and I feel like the world is working against me I tend to read less in the bible and almost turn away from God. But I have discovered that it is in hard times I really should cling to the word of God and seek God with all my heart. Only him can give me hope that doesn't fade. God can comfort me and give me peace if I don't try running from him.

So i've been wanting to post this love letter here for quite some time, and now I've been posting about love and forgiveness I thought this would be a good time. As I was hearing the easter gospel being preached at my church, some of the text stood out to me, and I really just wanted to share some of my thoughts.
You see one of the last things Jesus did on the cross was forgive. After people had beat him, spat at him, whipped him and nailed through his hands and feet, but he still was not being angry, but in fact he saved a man. A man that was a criminal and had sinned. But Jesus did not even hesitate forgiving this criminal and taking him to paradise.
Luke 23 : One of the criminals hanging alongside cursed him: "Some Messiah you are! Save yourself! Save us!"
40-41But the other one made him shut up: "Have you no fear of God? You're getting the same as him. We deserve this, but not him—he did nothing to deserve this."
42Then he said, "Jesus, remember me when you enter your kingdom."
43He said, "Don't worry, I will. Today you will join me in paradise." (the Message)
What an act of forgiveness! Jesus was in pain and had just been betrayed by these humans. But he knew he was going to die for these humans sins. For the beginning of his life till the very end Jesus never stopped forgiving. So why shouldn't God forgive you your sins? The bible even says Jesus is the exact representation of God's being.
Hebrews 1,3 : This Son perfectly mirrors God, and is stamped with God's nature. He holds everything together by what he says—powerful words! (The message)
So please just know that if God can even forgive the worst criminal he sure can forgive you too! Forgiveness is what easter is all about. Jesus lived a perfect life without ever sinning and then later was punished for all our sins (sin means the bad stuff we do btw) by being tortured and killed. God gave his only son, Jesus, so that we could be forgiven. Jesus has taken our punishment, so now we can be forgiven. So just pray for forgiveness and just know that God will forgive you. No sin is too big, it has all been dealt with on the cross. THANK YOU LORD!
Colossians 2,12-15 says: 12 For you were buried with Christ when you were baptized. And with him you were raised to new life because you trusted the mighty power of God, who raised Christ from the dead.
13 You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins. 14 He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross. 15 In this way, he disarmed[d] the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross.
I really like The Message translation of this, so if you found the verse above a bit heavy, this explains it, this is from verse 13 and onwards: When you were stuck in your old sin-dead life, you were incapable of responding to God. God brought you alive—right along with Christ! Think of it! All sins forgiven, the slate wiped clean, that old arrest warrant canceled and nailed to Christ's cross. He stripped all the spiritual tyrants in the universe of their sham authority at the Cross and marched them naked through the streets.
Well this wouldn't be a teenage girl blog if I didn't talk about boys, would it? So I decided to have a segment about boys on this blog with a christian perspective. Mainly because I think girls are kinda under pressure when it comes to guys, you know everyone seems to have a boyfriend, and you don't want to be the single one. Well it's of course very different from school to school and place to place. And I just want to say, I'm just a teen like you guys, no love expert! So I hope you will comment because you knowledge is as good as mine, hee hee :D
So first I just want to say that you are a beautiful, talented, independent and precious person with lots to offer! If you are single, you don't need to let rejection from boys or being the only single girl among your friends steel away your confidence.
God has an amazing plan for your life! Just because you are single now, doesn't mean you are going to be single forever. YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME! I can't stress that enough! So you don't need rush or panic or freak out. God has already planed everything out for you :)
I also think it's important to say you don't need a boyfriend. I'm not saying it's bad to have a boyfriend or anything, please don't misunderstand me. I'm just trying to say that God really really really loves you. And if you don't feel like he loves you or can't seem to realize it or hear people saying it buy you feel like doesn't sink in or touch your heart pray that you will have a revelation of Gods love. I've been there, I hear everybody talk about how much God loves me, and it's hard to explain, but I just did't feel it, or like, man do you get what I'm talking about? Like it just didn't seem real or something, I just didn't realize how much it means that he loved me. In Kim Walkers live version of the song "How he loves" she explains towards the end:
"There are some of you here that have not encountered the love of God, and tonight God wants to encounter you and wants you to feel his love, his amazing love... The love of God changes us and we're never the same, we're never the same after we encounter the love of God. We're never the same after we encounter the love of God."
So to get to my point, you shouldn't need a boyfriend to make you feel loved. You don't need a boyfriend to be appreciated. You don't need a boyfriend to be special. When you encounter the love of God you just realize that God already loves you SO much. God appreciates you like nobody else can! You are already so special to God. A boyfriend can never replace God's love. And if you feel like you have a desire to be loved, and like need attention or whatever, turn to God. Ask him to show you his love for you. He ALWAYS wants to spend time with you, and he wants you to know you are loved. You are not dependent on boys, you are WAY to special and independent to find your value in what boys think. Your worth is not measured in how many boys like you!
again, I'm not saying there's something wrong with having a boyfriend. I really hope I didn't affend anybody!

Friends let us down. They hurt us, they ignore us, they make mistakes, they turn their backs. Being let down by a friend is horrible. Specially when it is intentional. For example that horrible feeling of being the only person not invited. It sucks! I hate when I feel unwanted and rejected and just in the way.
But even though all your friends are just humans that hurt and make mistakes. Your very best friend will never ever let you down! He always wants you, he never rejects you and he always wants to spend time with you. You are never alone. He always understands. God loves humans, but he doesn't like the bad things they do. When somebody is hurtful to you, he understands. God is the best friend you ever could get.
So just remember, YOU ARE PRECIOUS, and God WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN. He is always here for you :)

... after my tennis practice I started thinking about why I'd lost. You see I am such a competitive person and on court I always stress with trying to win. I want to hit a winner every shot and I over analyze and beat myself up when I miss. This is not a good way to play. When I stress and try to hard I usually always play badly. But when I relax and just have fun I play much better. I'm not saying that it's bad to be dedicated and work hard, because if you don't care or chase any balls you probably wouldn't play good either.
THAT'S ME! hahaha just kidding!
But anyway back to the story. So as I was sitting in the locker room thinking about all this I felt God reminded me about something. Suddenly I thought that actually I live as a christian the same way I play tennis. I'm always scared I'm doing something wrong, I always think too much, I over analyze, I always try to do everything perfect and I beat myself up for being a "bad christian" (there is no such thing as a bad christian but I didn't find a better word.) And I really felt like God put on my heart to relax more and just enjoy spending time with him. I don't need to be in a hurry, because growing takes time. And again I'm not suggesting to just stop caring and expect God to do all the work. But you don't have to hit a winner every shot either :D

So why do I bring up this story? I mean it's a super awesome story but is this relevant today? Of course it is! God is a storm calmer! And what do storm-calmers do? Yup, they calm storms. And now you may be thinking that you're not actually in that many life threatening storms. So how can God be calming storms in your life? Sometimes it feels like we have a storm on the inside. Temptations pull us in different directions like harsh gusts of wind. Depression soaks us like a cold shower of rain. Fear and Anxiety hits us like thunder. We get confused and upset and when people don't understand and see the massive storm we are going through we get even more confused and frustrated. And then the storm escalates. But do not forget to TRUST God! Pray that he will command these bad feelings to leave your heart. Pray that he will set you free from this storm. HE HAS AUTHORITY! He is stronger! And he sees this storm and understands how you are feeling. Let him calm the storms in your life. In daddy's lap you are safe from all storms.

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!!!
I hope you all have had a nice day with your special one.
Don't worry if you don't have a special somebody, I know this really cool guy, Jesus, and he's always available haha. I don't have a valentine either, and even though valentines day is kind of a big deal for us girls I try not to despair. Here are my tips for singles on valentines day:
1. Valentines day is about loving and appreciating each other, but how about showing yourself some love and appreciation. How about curling up under a blanket with a cup of hot chocolate and a favorite book or movie? Or taking a bubble bath and having a home spa? Or maybe buy some chocolate or make a cake just for you? Have some me-time and relax.
2. Meet up with your other single and dateless friends. Have dinner together and bake some cookies. Enjoy hanging out together and appreciate each others company. No boys aloud. This is what me and my girls are doing tonight!
3. Do something nice for somebody else. It will make you feel better too! A boy at school gave a rose to all the girls in my class today. It was so nice of him. So today you can be extra nice to family, friends and maybe a guy you like? hee hee. Make cards, help them out with something, or buy some chocolate or roses! Or anything else to show some appreciation :D

I don't have much time but I just wanted to share a little something. God says COME TO ME ALWAYS.
Always is a word with a lot of meaning. It means all the time and constantly. God isn't only there when we are sad or need help. He want's us to come constantly and all the time. When we are happy, exited, sad, angry, confused, frustrated, ecstatic or what ever you are feeling. His arms are always open!
YOU ARE PRECIOUS.

Don't think that "I'm too young" or "Nobody will listen to me" or "God doesn't want to use me yet", That is all lies that the devil planted to scare this generation! Because the devil is scared of us, because he knows that God has such great plans for us. You are not too young or little to be a christian, so why should you be too young to serve God? Don't be scared, God is just as much with you as with any other adult speakers or worshippers or missionaries. Let's be young people that have such a strong faith and such a rejoicing heart and such a hunger for Jesus! Pray this over your life :D
One of my christian buddies once said "I am just a little boy" Then I said "To God you are more than a little boy, you are his son that he loves really much"
And I just want to remind you and encourage you with that to! YOU ARE NOT JUST A LITTLE GIRL/BOY! You are God's child! He chose you, made you and loves you. He gave you skills, know how, talents, good qualities and ability! Use them!
If you like music can join the worship band in church or write songs or start a christian dance group. If you like art you can make a painting that express a christian message. If you like talking (like me ha ha) you can share at your church or youth group or for friends. If you like sports you can start a sports group with your church. If you are compassionate you can comfort people and pray for them. If you are a leader or a pioneer you can start a christian groups or help out in existing ones. There is just so much many more things you can do that I can't think of. Those are just examples! You can do so much more. Ask God what your talents and gifts are and what he wants you to use them for!
I feel like one of my gifts is wisdom. And i never really got to use it much before, I just thought a lot to myself and didn't share it. I think God wanted me to use these gifts to serve him. So I decided to start a blog because I love writing and I wanted to share some of my thoughts. I used to think: "when I get older I'll write christian books, so I'll just wait until then". And that is still one of my dreams, but this little blog is a great way to start. I also have shared at some prayer meetings me and my friends do at school and my goal this year is to preach at a youth meeting in my church. Make goals for yourself to, but not just goals for ten years. Goals for now! Ask God to lead you, he will.
So don't wait! Start now! Go for it! God is cheering you on like crazy!
Be a missionary at your school! Tell your friends about Jesus and be a witness for him! Share your testimony at church and be a good friend. comment some ideas on how to witness to your friends. (comments can be anonymous) YOU ARE GIFTED AND PRECIOUS!
Hey guys, I haven't forgotten you! Final year of School is so hard. Both getting good grades and picking the right school for next year. AAAAaaah! I'm so confused! But anyways, today's topic is why pray. I'm gonna do this in three parts.
1. Relationship
2. Responsibility
3. Warfare (sounds dramatic but I'll explain later)
So the first reason to pray is relationship with God. For me relationship with God is very very very important. The gospel says we are reconciled with God and that we can have a relationship with him. I have already posted a bit about why we should have a relationship with God (read it here), So I thought I would write more about how we can get to know God.
So lets pretend you meet this super awesome guy. And you're like wow, I need to get to know this guy! So what do you do?
1. You talk to him
2. You stalk him on facebook (Just admit it, I was not the only one that got a heart attack when the "Top Friends" trend started :P)
Just like you would talk to somebody in real life to get to know them better, you can pray to God and get to know him better. Praying does not have to be all formal, talk to him like you talk with your close friend. And the best part about this is that talking to God is that it's not awkward like talking to a boy. He already knows who you are. So you don't need to pretend around him, you can be completely yourself. Because he made you that way and he LOVES YOU that way. Just the way you are. So come to him just the way you are, thats's more than enough.
And you don't need to worry about if he wants to get to know you or likes you (like with guys hahaha). Because you already know that God is just longing to have a relationship with you and already loves you so much! So just be honest and yourself when you pray, God sees everything anyway. And because he sees everything that goes on in your life and all your thoughts, he understands you like no one else ever can! He truly understands you!
Now to the facebook thing I mentioned. Comparing facebook to the bible is impossible, and not what i'm doing! My point is that when we stalk people on facebook we try to find out more about them. We look through their profile again and again. Even when we know we have seen everything we do it again and find something new. Girls are serious facebook stalkers, but lets be bible stalkers! Lets stalk God in the bible, ha ha ha! I wan't to be desperate to find out stuff about God. I want to read things over and over and it's still interesting. Let's all stalk God and find out more about him!

Reading the bible can be hard, sometimes it can feel boring or hard to understand. And hard to know where to start. You can ask the Holy Spirit to help you to read the bible and for understanding.
It is important to read the bible because:
- it's The word of God
- it's the will of God
- it's a love letter from our daddy to us
- it's a promise book
- it's an instruction book for how to best live life
- it shows how God reveals himself and initiates a relationship with us
A great tip on how to make reading the bible more interesting and how to study the bible is to ask these questions:
- What does this scripture say about God?
- What does this scripture say about Jesus?
- What does this scripture say about Me?
- Is there a promise in this scripture?
If you haven't really read in the bible much before, here are some suggestions on where to get started:

Little update:
I'm still struggling with negative thoughts and hard choices.
I don't feel welcome among my friends in my youth group at church,
and being a teenage girl there is always a boy problem. ha ha
Any tips?
I feel bad posting another boring personal post. Things are getting tough and I'm defiantly at some crossroads. I'm getting increasingly frustrated, so what to do?
I RUN TO THE CROSS. God is here and he can see me lying in my bed typing.

Sometimes I find it hard to focus and pray. That is when it is important to pray much. When I feel unmotivated I must remember that God always listens. God doesn't always reply to our prayers they way we think he will. He sees way more than us and understands way more than us. He works on a different level than we do. We don't always understand what he's up to, but trust him! He knows whats best for us, and wants what is best for us. And me being a selfish person (all humans have a level of selfishness, but I must admit I need to practice ha ha) I want whats best for me.
I'm sorry for bad blogging! but maybe you can relate to how life goes up and down? I don't know. I promise I'll post a better post tomorrow.

ALL we need is God! Wow! Think about what we are actually singing. What does it mean that the only thing we need is God? ALL we need is God. That's a huge statement. I think I'll leave it there, so it's a bit open for your own thoughts.

Hey guys! I was going post something else today but I think I ned some more time to pray and think a bit more about that post. But can't leave the blog blank can I? So I'm just sitting here thinking about what to write.
So... had a good day? I have had a quite exciting day. Last saturday me and my friend (who is awesome! thank God for good friends they mean a lot! and if you don't feel like any friends, just know you're not alone, many people feel lonely. I used to always be left out and had no good christian friends, but then I prayed like crazy and now I'm really blessed. Just remember that you are an amazing person! There is nothing wrong with you. Jesus is the best friend in the world and he wants to be your friend more than anybody.)
Wow that was a looong little extra there. But yeah, where was I? Last saturday me and friend evangelized on the street. We gave out fathers love letters (check out my post on january 11th to see what fathers love letter is) and buns (Don't quite know what they're called, mum's suggestion was: tea cakes! ha ha hurray for British mums <3 ). And today one of my sisters said that last sunday somebody told his entire church about two girls that was giving out "tea cakes" and he read the letter for the hole church. I was so excited!! Thank you God for using me to encourage people! I remember telling my friend that if only ONE person read the note, and the rest just threw it away, the trip would be successful. And now I find out that a hole church got the note. WOW! God is amazing! God can do such big things!
And God wants to use you as well. Don't think you're too little or stupid or young or not talented. God made you just the way you are. He has great plans for you. Talk to your friends, or go out in the streets, get involved with your church or a ministry and serve God almighty! It will fill you with joy. Be a testimony for Jesus. ( Mark 16: 15-18)
And another thing that made me happy is my first comment! YAY! Thank you anonymous for my first comment on this blog! You made my week <3 I really appreciate comments! (that was a hint :P)
